Capabilities

Back-office work,
done by agents.

CIVIE automation agents post remittances, process refunds, work denials, build appeals and chase claim status. Each one works on the same record your team does and leaves a full audit trail.

Fields returned by a recorded run on a fictional portal

The agents

From remittance
to resolution.

Six agents, each working on the same record your team does.

Illustrative screens. Patient details are fictional.

Watch it work

A claim status,
checked on the portal.

A real run of CIVIE's web bot on a sample payer portal: it signs in, pauses for a person to enter the text-message code, finds the claim and returns it as structured fields. Claim-status runs follow a reviewed, read-only flow, so every run is repeatable and auditable.

Real output from CIVIE's web bot, running a reviewed claim-status flow, on invented patient data. The replay is paced for reading; the response times shown are the real ones. Not for clinical use.
What we changed in this recording
  • The payer portal is a fictional sample built for this recording. The bot, its steps, the screenshots and the extracted values are a real run against it.
  • After the code is entered, the bot submits it and waits for the next page in two helper steps. They're shown as part of the verification step, and the time the capture tooling spent waiting on them is cut from the replay and from the total time.
  • The capture script entered the text-message code 4 seconds after the bot asked, standing in for the person who enters it in CIVIE.

Why it matters

Your team sets policy.
Agents do the rest.

  • Agents, not scripts

They adapt to payer variations, retry with new inputs and learn which routes return the best data.

  • No automatic write-offs

Agents follow your policies. Nothing is written off without a rule or a person deciding.

  • Every action on the record

Each step is logged on the claim or account, beside your staff's work.

FAQ

Questions,
answered.

  • They take the repetitive work, such as posting, status checks, refunds and appeal packets, so your team can work exceptions and payer relationships.
