The challenge
The finding is made.
The call isn't.
Hunting for the right physician. Radiologists spend minutes finding who ordered the study and how to reach them, in the middle of a list.
Incidental findings slip. Unexpected findings are mentioned in the report, then nobody makes sure they're acted on.
No proof it happened. When the communication isn't documented, the practice carries the risk.
Closing the loop
No result
left open.
Every critical and incidental result, from the radiologist's flag to a follow-up booked.

Watch it work
The critical result,
flagged as it's reported.
A real run of CIVIE's reporting models on a sample CT, starting where this page does: the report tagger marks the finding critical (appendicitis with an abscess) and names the key finding, so the critical-results workflow can start while the radiologist confirms it.

What we changed in this recording
- Removed an unpaired ### marker the report service wrapped around its whole output, so only the lines it changed are highlighted.
How CIVIE helps
Flag it, reach them,
close the loop.
An abnormal-finding workflow
Critical results are flagged from the reading workflow and routed by your escalation tree, with 24/7 contacts.
One click to the ordering physician
Phone, video or secure chat from inside the worklist, with the care team and on-call radiologists in the address book.
Learn moreIncidental findings notified
Automated alerts make sure unexpected findings reach the ordering physician.
Follow-ups tracked to an exam
Recommended follow-ups become orders for the physician to acknowledge and are tracked until booked.
